Whilst every effort has been made to fulfil all orders correctly, should you take our goods to an external branding company, we ask that you check all items received BEFORE they are branded.

Euroleather will not accept returns of incorrect items which have already been branded. Please check that you have received the correct item.
We are not responsible for external branding company errors.

We recommend that you do not laser engrave on leather.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before orders will be released. Payment may be made by EFT before collection or by credit card on collection at our offices.
Proof of payment is required prior to orders being released for collection.

Branded orders must be paid for in full before proceeding with branding


Samples may be borrowed for up to 30 working days.
A holding deposit in the form of cash, credit card or an EFT payment is required for samples borrowed. The holding deposit will be returned to you if samples are returned in the original condition and packaging. Samples not returned in the original condition and packaging will not be accepted for refund.

Damage to any part of sample or packaging will result in samples not being accepted for return.

When returning samples, the original invoice relevant to the samples needs to accompany the returned goods before a credit note will be issued and a refund effected.

Collection of Orders

If orders are collected by a courier company, please ensure that they know who the order is being collected for. This will prevent delays caused by the courier having to call his office to find out who he is collecting for.

Collection of orders by courier

Couriers should not be booked to collect orders until you have confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

Stock will not be released to couriers until payment is received. Please do not send your courier to collect if you have not effected payment and provided proof thereof to Euroleather. Please confirm that we have received the proof of payment before booking your courier.

Please ensure that your courier knows who they are collecting for and how many orders they are collecting. All relevant invoice numbers or references must appear on the collection form.

Cancellation Policy

Written orders constitute a binding contract and are legally enforceable.

We do not accept returns of discontinued items or items sold at special prices unless the stock is faulty

Leather is a durable material created from animal hides and therefore differs from hide to hide. Natural differences in leather textures makes this material unique and beautiful. However, this also means that each piece of leather may accept dyes differently and may result in slight colour variations. Genuine leather products have natural markings such as scars, dents, scratches, blemishes or wrinkles. These natural markings or variations should not be considered as a defect but rather indications of genuine leather. If an exchange is requested due to any of the above imperfections, it will only be done provided that the item has not been used, has not been branded or damaged, and is returned within 10 days of purchase date, with its original packaging.
